Location: Hybrid (based in Montpelier, VT)
Schedule: Full-time, Exempt
Salary Range: $45,000–$55,000 annually, based on experience
Bi-State Primary Care Association is looking for an energetic, mission-driven self-starter to join our team. As the Data and Engagement Facilitator, you will collaborate with internal staff and community health centers to implement grant-funded projects that expand access to high-quality health care for all. Join us in strengthening the health care safety-net by sharing best practices, leading trainings, analyzing data, and connecting stakeholders across Vermont and New Hampshire.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the implementation of health care access and quality initiatives.
• Analyze, manage, and report data to inform project outcomes.
• Facilitate training sessions and collaborative meetings.
• Serve as a connector between community health centers and partner organizations.
• Support team efforts with insight, creativity, and a problem-solving mindset.
Ideal Qualifications:
• One to three (1–3) years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of the health care environment and/or marketplace.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in group facilitation and team collaboration.
• Data analysis and data management skills.
• Self-directed, with curiosity and learning agility.

Work Location:
This hybrid position is based in Montpelier, VT, with on-site work expected 1–2 days per week or as needed. Candidates must reside in Vermont or New Hampshire.
