Project Coordinator, Oral Health

Bi-State Primary Care Association seeks an Oral Health Project Coordinator to work with New Hampshire, Vermont, and federal stakeholders to support oral health initiatives. Join our team to provide workforce development, research, grant tracking, coalition support, and policy work in the area of oral health.  This role will focus on engaging stakeholders to promote access to oral health by supporting the implementation of workforce projects; coordinating initiatives in New Hampshire and Vermont; and reviewing and researching oral health policy proposals.

 

Required skills include strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, the ability to provide accurate, timely written reports.  We are looking for an individual with three (3) to five (5) years of relevant work experience.  Experience with workforce planning and development in a community-based setting, knowledge of oral health and provider certification and training programs and/or recruitment and retention strategies, and grant management are preferred. A four (4) year baccalaureate degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Bi-State anticipates a starting salary in the range of $40,000 to $55,000 per year, depending upon experience. Sign on bonus available.

Our Mission is to advance access to comprehensive primary care services for all, with special emphasis on those most in need in Vermont and New Hampshire. We work with federal, state, and regional health policy organizations and policymakers, foundations, and payers to develop strategies, policies, and programs that promote and sustain community-based, primary health care services.  We provide advocacy, technical assistance, provider recruitment, education and training, and resource and information services.

Project Coordinator, Workforce Recruitment

Bi-State Primary Care Association seeks an energetic, self-starter to join our mission-driven team. The Project Coordinator of Workforce Recruitment will identify primary care providers to fill job vacancies in New Hampshire and Vermont through developing and implementing multi-faceted marketing and outreach activities. Join us to help identify and screen qualified physicians, dentists, dental hygienists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, master level behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment providers and others who may be interested in our region and/or working in a medically underserved area or with medically underserved populations. Support our team-based Recruitment Center by maintaining databases to ensure data integrity, as well as coordinate all aspects of program reporting.

 

Required skills include strong oral and written communication skills; strong people skills to work with candidates, employers and the public; strong interpersonal skills; a high level of independence; and the ability to provide accurate, timely database reports. Bi-State Primary Care Association seeks an energetic, self-starter to join our mission-driven team. The Facilitator, Data and Engagement will collaborate with Bi-State staff members and community health centers on the implementation of grant-funded projects and initiatives supporting access and quality of health care for all. Join us to strengthen the capacity of health centers and other safety-net providers to serve medically underserved areas and populations. Solve problems and create positive outcomes by sharing best practices, facilitating trainings, connecting partners, and developing actionable data.

 

Required skills include strong oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; a high level of independence; group leadership and facilitation skills with demonstrated success working in a team-based environment; data analysis and data management skills, curiosity, and learning agility. We are looking for an individual with one (1) to three (3) years of relevant work experience and knowledge of the health care environment and health care marketplace. A four (4) year baccalaureate degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
