Tess Stack Kuenning, CNS, MS, RN
President & CEO
Location: On-site Bow, New Hampshire
Schedule: Full-time, Exempt
Salary Range: $65,000–$75,000 annually, based on experience
Join us in making a meaningful impact—our team is seeking a Senior Accountant who wants their expertise to fuel a purpose-driven organization and help advance our mission every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accounts payable/receivable and general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes and audits.
- Prepare grant reports and assist with compliance.
- Analyze budgets and variances; contribute to forecasting.
- Maintain internal controls and identify process improvements.
Ideal Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Three to five (3–5) years of experience.
- Knowledge of GAAP; grant accounting experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Sage accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Work Location
This on-site position is based in Bow, NH. Candidates must reside in New Hampshire.
