Health Centers

Community Health Centers offer high-quality primary health care in areas with limited access to health care to overcome economic, geographic, or other barriers that limit access to affordable health care. Health centers integrate primary and preventive health care services, often under one roof, including mental and behavioral health, oral health, substance use treatment, and pharmacy services. Community Health Centers accept Medicaid, Medicare, commercial insurance, and offer a sliding fee based on income. Visit HRSA’s “Find a Health Center” map at findahealthcenter.hrsa.gov to search for a health center near you!
