Free to the public featuring music, food, face painting, games, raffle prizes, health information and screenings. Raffle prizes. Parents and children are encouraged to ride their bikes to the event, and QC Bike Collective will offer ABC bike checks. Free bike lights given away while they last. Parking available. Health and wellness providers will offer information on local programs and services. Special guests plan to attend.

Hand massage with Doterra Essential Oils; Core Fitness education/demonstration with personal trainer Carol Bouchard; Bring in your OTC (Over the Counter) medications and talk to a pharmacist about what might be working well or if you have concerns. Get your questions answered.
Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital will be providing tips on diabetes risk reduction and nutrition education
Healthy snacks; Summer survival tips, information and giveaways; The North Country Recreation Center will also be on hand to share information about their programs and services.

They also provide unique services to support family members: providing meals for those spending last moments with loved ones in the hospital’s two Garden Room suites, helping with transportation costs for far-away family, or arranging for photographs or a patient’s special last wish.
